OP dit moment is CUSTOM CYLINDERS INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED bezig om hun systeem "roof jenie"geschikt te maken voor Coleman popups. Met deze gadget kun je het dak heffen met een druk op de knop. Zie voor details:

Ik heb het volgende antwoord gekregen van de fabrikant:

Good morning--
Thank you for your inquiry concerning the ROOF JENIE lift system. The
system was originally developed for the VIKING/COACHMEN pop up camper,
and has been installed on only 1 Fleetwood/Coleman camper in 2002. Due
to the differences in lift systems we are very cautious about
developing new designs, except under very controlled conditions. To
date the installation has worked without any problems, but we would
like to make at least 4 more. To date we have not found anyone that is
interested in allowing us the opportunity to make an installation on
their camper.

The first version that we developed was on a camper that we purchased.
About a year of testing in our facility was completed and then we made
presentations to Coachmen, Fleetwood, Jayco, and Forest River.
Fleetwood was very interested, but wanted us to give them the
exclusive rights and would "develop it" for us. We declined the
opportunity! The Management at Coachmen was very receptive and we
produced over 200 units for them. That system has been in production
for almost 6 years now.

In the process of developing this system, we developed a special
socket (the SOCKET JENIE) that could be used with a heavy duty drill
to raise and lower the roof. This has proven to be more popular than
the hydraulic system. Take a look at our web site for more details.

I do not know how much it would cost to ship you a system, as we have
only shipped product to Canada. It is my understanding that the cost
is up to the receiving contry in the charges of entry and import tax.
If you are interested in pursuing this subject, you could start from
your side and I would see what complications are at this end.

Pricing to the ROOF JENIE ranges from $350.00 to $600.00--depending on
which model ordered. The SOCKET JENIE sockets range from $14.00 to
$28.00--depending on the model ordered. These are list price, with
dealer prices somewhat less.
